DELIVERY DISPUTES

Parcel not delivered: the law gives you a refund — and a 10% uplift on top.

The French consumer code governs distance selling precisely. ClaimyGuard applies those rules to your dates, computes your deadlines and drafts your claim letter.

01Describe your dispute — order, merchant, amount, promised date — two minutes.
02ClaimyGuard computes — your exact deadlines (articles L216-1, L216-6, L216-7) and your timestamped formal notice.
03You send it — a ready-to-send, documented, timestamped claim letter with your deadline highlighted.

The legal framework — verified on Légifrance (2026-10-01)

ART. L216-1 — CONSUMER CODE

The professional must deliver the good or provide the service on the date or within the period stated to the consumer… failing that, at the latest thirty days after the conclusion of the contract. (Verified on Légifrance, in force since 01/10/2021.)

ART. L216-6 — RESCISSION

In case of failure, the consumer may suspend payment, then rescind the contract after formal notice — or immediately if the delivery date was an essential condition. The contract is rescinded upon receipt of the written notice.

ART. L216-7 — REFUND

When the contract is rescinded, the professional refunds all sums paid, at the latest within fourteen days of the date the contract was denounced.

ART. L241-4 — SANCTION

If the refund is not made within the deadline, the amount due is automatically increased by 10%. ClaimyGuard drafts your uplift demand letter (premium).
